My stay at the hotel was lovely, with nice artistic rooms and good amenities. The bed was a bit small, but that was no big deal. The separate shower chambers and toilet were convenient. The staff, especially Herlina, our room attendant, did a great job prepping our room. The hotel maintains a comfortable temperature of 23 degrees throughout, which was pleasant.

The service was top-notch. The staff, like Valencia, Karin, and Vina at the Bunk Bar, were always cooperative and had a smile. They even allowed us to stay till 3 pm.

The hotel's location is fantastic, playing an important role in my experience. Being next to a nice shopping complex really elevated the value. The proximity to the mall and the central park mall made it a strategic and convenient choice.

The dining experience was a bit less impressive during lunch, but breakfast was remarkably delicious. Special thanks to the friendly waiter, Madrian, who made the experience more enjoyable.

The hotel is modern and may appeal more to the young generation than a middle-aged businessman. My stay exceeded expectations with extra living room space and all the additional facilities I could enjoy, although it was not as clean as expected.

The service was very helpful and professional, especially from Mona, Prilly, Esty, Taufan, Kevin & Nelly. Everyone from the concierge, doorman, security, bar, housekeeping, spa, and more were extremely attentive and efficient.
